"Dental work done by Zak Dental Care in Valencia, California, from October of 2018 to July of 2019 had to be redone at my expense. They have never responded to my request for a refund. On October 26, 2018, Dr. Basil Hammonproce of Zak Dental Care performed dental work on tooth #29, 30, and 31. On December 7, 2018, Dr. Hammonproce removed an old crown (tooth #19) and cut open my mouth in the process. ..."

"I haven’t been to a dentist in many years. I was very nervous about going, but I had to go because I was having a bad tooth ache. I met Dr Kopel and his staff. He made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions as he went over my personal Dental plan. I also enjoyed his since of humor! "I went in today for a crown fitting, normally a 10 minute procedure, today I was in the chair for 75 minutes. It appears that they have 1 dentist who is taking care of at least 2 patients at the same time. The crown is very good however, but I feel that 75 minutes to have it cemented in is way too long"

"I go to the office next to the 101 freeway and have been a patient since 1990. Dr. Howard gives a most complete dental exam and in a very caring and informative way. I enjoy the x-ray tech Christopher. He not only is an excellent tech but knows how to make me feel at home in Dr. Zak's Dental Office. I greatly appreciate how he walks me through his exams. "Very bad service, I recently put on a new cap, they “promised” that the cap wouldn’t come off in 10 years, but’s it came off 3 times in one year. I payed 500$ dollar store insured that’s it would be a good quality cap. I even hadn’t to pay for routine cleaning."

I see the dentist/periodontist every three months religously for cleanings and evaluation. The staff were all very professional and friendly but I left this office feeling stressed after the expensive list they recommended I need done. "The staff is very friendly I will say that. But every appt. I have had I have waited 40-50min. before being taking back. Recently while waiting in a packed lobby a street vendor came in selling fruit to the front desk girls! I was appalled and thought this to be very unprofessional. I also feel that the English language should be spoken in a business (unless the patient does not understand it) But ..."
