"I am a 55 year old male and I went to Dr. May because I had put on weight and was feeling very uncomfortable in addition to being concerned about my health. She evaluated me thoroughly and put me on a nutrition plan for 5 weeks that eliminated certain foods from my diet. It was somewhat challenging because I had to change my eating habits, but overall it was not difficult to stick to the nutrition ..."
