"VERY DIFFICULT TO get through on your call center line. Have been trying to get an appointment for a procedure for which I have a referral. After calling several times and waiting I left a detailed message for a call back. A week later someone from call center left me a message saying "If you still need help call us". This is not helpful. Hire some staff and get a manager. "
