"Lowest possible stars because of the horrendous difficulties scheduling an exam. The online system would not accept the specific exam required (MRI brain with carotids with contrast), so I had to use the telephone-based scheduling system. Called a 760 number and, after the usual long series of "press this, press that," I got ... you guessed it! ... the Philippines! Scheduler spoke heavily accented ..."
