"Called and made an appointment, providing insurance info over the phone. Showed up for the appointment and the office was packed. After waiting was finally called back and an exam was completed. The technician and dentist appeared to be efficient. Provided insurance info again and was told they were still waiting for insurance verification and would contact me to schedule a follow up for treatment ..."
