"Tech was late and rushed. I was treated properly and passed to the OM and waited another 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes in the exam room and finally got the OM to check my specifications. I had to press for details about my vision but was dismissed. I was left wondering if I could trust the assessment. The parting tec Desere filled me in properly about progressive lenses."
