"It took OVER 2 weeks for Coastal Neurology to contact us to set up an appointment. We checked with our doctor's office which sent the referral and they confirmed that they had sent a referral over 2 weeks prior. The staffer who eventually contacted us was most pleasant and explained it took time to process referrals. We found out that this is a recurring problem. Go elsewhere."
