"there was confusion on the date of my appt. Not sure still if it was at my end or theirs. However, no help was afforded me to get a new appointment, to get in later in the day, or any help of any kind. They even told me I could speak to management but they were not available today. I am older and have an injured knee that i waited a week for this appt. and now they want me to wait another week since ..."
