"Trying to make contact with this agency is a long and painful process. For one thing the tape recording with the repetative music, goes in and out and hisses. One gets the impression you don't care to speak with the caller. I do believe you need to insert a new recording and hire more staff to answer calls from your most vunerable citizens. What a shame this agency is to the county."
