"Stay away from this group if possible. Many times they create wrong bills. They charge auto-debit and claim they have not charged any payment even though the card statements clearly show the charges by BRIGHTER DENTAL PRINCETON. Also, they assume the treatment will be approved by the insurance and begin it without verifying. When the insurance refuses the claim it all comes down to the patient responsibility. ..."

"Be careful, this place is a classic "bait and switch" operation. You can't trust anything they tell you about what their services will cost you. We went there for Invisalign for our daughter. They told us they contacted our insurance carrier, "confirmed" it was partially covered, told us how much insurance would pay, and told how much we needed to pay.
