"I’ve been trying to get a call back since we missed your call on Thursday. Left a message Friday. Called at 8am today for a call back I was told before lunch. It never happened. I called after lunch and was told I would have a call by end of day. The office closes in 10 min. And still NO CALL BACK. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I wasn’t dealing with an extremely ill spouse who needs a follow up endoscopy ..."
