"I was a patient for years, including my 2 children. I was 10 minutes late to my last appointment. I was told although I was there, that I was a no show and the doctor didn't bother showing because I had 2 previous "no shows" (over years). I was also told I couldn't be seen as a patient there any more. I told them we would no longer go there. They didn't cancel my child ten's appointments. They charged ..."
