"Pre-op was excellent! Post-op was not a good experience. I have worked in hospital systems for over 30 years and am very much aware of patient care issues. I became conscious in recovery due to severe shivers. A nurse put a warm blanket around my head and told me my contact had been called, asking me if I was ready to go. I hadn't even opened my eyes yet! I said no and she asked how much more ..."

"On September 14, 2023, I had cataract surgery on my right eye which required some anesthesia. While waiting to go to surgery I heard the anesthesiologist going into rooms introducing himself but Never came in to talk to me. Anytime in the past they come in and explain things..but not there."
