"I went in to receive my aligners. The technician who applied the brackets to my teeth was very good, explained everything well and answered my questions. Dr. Nikaeen stopped by to inspect the work and then walked on without asking me if I had any questions or saying much of anything. "Who knew braces start so young! The whole staff and Dr Nikaeen have made an uneasy situation really doable. My son enjoys going to the “modern” office and playing on the iPad/X box when time allows. He likes picking colors for the bands and actually seems proud of his braces. Much thanks."

"I just got back in town and I went in to get my next set of trays. They said they threw them away and want to charge me for new ones. I already paid $1300 for 3 sets of trays and now they want to charge me $1800 for 2 more sets. Could have reached out or mailed them to me. It doesn't make any sense. Waste of my time and energy. Will be going somewhere else. Should fulfill their previous commitment. ..."
