"The receipts for the copay I had to pay each time do not state the Date of Service. When I question staff about this, I get excuses and their attitude is like "so what - take it or leave it". No, I need accurate receipts in order to get reimbursed from my HSA. Terrible, terrible record keeping and staff. "

"I went to this office hoping for relief from the pain in my feet, instead I get a pain in my wallet. I made the mistake of paying the copay in cash, which I was then billed for. The office has signs up they don't accept cash, I should have known there was a reason. The doctor was more interested in selling me a $50 insert that I can't afford than anything, and basically shaming me for not buying them. ..."

By the second day of use, they were delaminating and causing me to feel uncomfortable thinking I had something in my shoe. When I took them back to get a refund they refused, insisting that I take a replacement. No thank you, once burned, twice shy. I left with the orthotics but no refund, I'll take ..."
