"My surgery was scheduled for 2/9. I completed all paperwork weeks in advance. Did all my preop duties. They confirmed my appt MULTIPLE WAYS AND TIMES. I then receive a phone call at 6pm the night before my surgery from Tabitha. Who wanted to “go over some medical information” I was then told that the information I provided weeks ago wasn’t reviewed until the night before my surgery and Tabitha proceeded ..."
