"I've been happy with Conviva for over ten years. It's true that it's now difficult to get through to the local staff because of the call center; however, the staff and medical team are all excellent at what they do and very friendly. (To avoid the call center, I typically just drop by the office and talk to them in person if I have a question or issue that needs to be addressed.) I would have given ..."
