"Terrible..,the office did some important testing on me and then a month later they called to tell me that they inaccurately did the paperwork and labeling so the lab could not test and I would have to come into retest. They told me they take my insurance for Dr. Castillo and then after I saw her and had testing done they said they did not take my insurance. The photo on the site of the docs looks ..."
