"There's no follow up with care. My care was dropped. On more than one occasion, they forgot to order my testing. When it finally did get done, there was no follow up with results. They won't talk to you on the phone. They want you to make another appointment. No one will take responsibility for the error. Apparently it was my fault they didn't do their job."
