"Dr Odom’s skills are limited (bedside manner nonexistent) and yet her office staff are happy to schedule things she’s not capable of and waste people’s time, rather than refer. Guess they need to grab their chunk of insurance money to cover their paychecks. I specifically confirmed beforehand what the appointment was being made for and that Dr Odom would be able to do it.
