"1. The doctor I saw was for my knee, knee surgeon. Management has not provided him with physician assistant. The medical assistant is very slow to answer questions or does not answer. 2. Very difficult to get appointment. 3. I asked for surgery dates a week back and I have not heard anything till now ( one week over) 4. My doctor does not communicate on patient portal.
