"Same experience as the last reviewer- HORRIBLE front desk! I've been going to them for a number of years now- they NEVER return phone calls or answer the phones to make appointments! You have to call back repeatedly all day long and hope someone answers the phone- perhaps drive to the office to make the appointment. IF you're lucky enough to get in to see them, the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. ..."

"Absoulutely THE WORST customer service and front office! I've been going to them for a few years now, they NEVER return phone calls to schedule appointments, they NEVER answer the phones- most the time the voicemail boxes are full. I've had to start messaging the dr's and assistants directly to get any sort of response from them. I've never had such horrible service, and this is going on 3 years. ..."
