"Worst run practice I have ever experienced. Was scheduled for a vein procedure. They had several months to obtain authorization from my insurance. Didn't bother to do so. Supposed to call me a week before procedure (a Friday) for final instructions and also send script to my pharmacy. They don't call, so I call on Monday. Person I speak to has no idea about anything and has to speak to someone else. ..."
