"Institute? It's literally just him. He calls his practice an institute as if it were a huge research center. His ego gets in the way of providing adequate care and when you aren't 100% happy with his treatment results he goes silent and doesn't answer calls. My parent was in excruciating pain and he kept evading their calls. Poor record keeping and some procedures were not accounted for. Also: he ..."
