"Called to make an appointment, the woman on the phone insisted I needed blood work for an MRI. I said that in previous tests that it was never necessary. She was rude when I questioned this. I finally asked her for a supervisor at which point she argued that I didn’t need one. After insisting, she puts me on hold for 6 minutes and says I don’t need blood work.
