"Dr. PK was good but the BILLING and office manager side of this facility I would rate a “0 stars” if I could. They never submitted the referral to my insurance for the procedure and then blamed the hospital for not catching it. I spoke with them 7 different times and was told by Annette, the office manager, that they were sorry but they can’t do anything about it. I was told 4 different times it ..."
