"Be ready to pay $30 copay irrespective of lesser copay from your insurance. I don't have any eye conditions during the visit went just for an annual eye exam but still they said they will charge specialist visit fee in addition to the $30 copay. Note that none of these charges and fees were mentioned at the time of appointment request. The front office attendant was rude and careless very unfriendly. ..."
