He quickly moved to Fort Worth, Texas, to earn a master’s degree in public health at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. </p><p> Dr. Bindal later completed his adult psychiatry residency at the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
