Dr. Deeba Chaudri has been practicing Optometry for over 15 years. Her experience includes practicing full scope optometry with a specialized emphasis on contact lens fittings, including specialty fits and multifocal/bifocal contact lenses. She is also trained in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease and infections and the treatment of dry eyes. Dr. Chaudri was the Regional Director of Eyecare for Lenscrafters from 2008-2011. She supervised and trained 34 optometrists to provide cutting edge quality of care to our patients. Dr. Chaudri received a Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry and a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Alberta in Edmonton, Canada. Dr. Chaudri was recently featured as an Eye Expert on the Dr. OZ television show. You can view her appearance here . Optometry
The practice of examining people's eyes to diagnose vision problems. Optometrists also test depth and color perception and the ability to focus and coordinate the eyes. They prescribe eyeglasses or contact lenses, test for glaucoma and other eye diseases and the diagnosis of conditions caused by systemic diseases such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Optometrists refer patients to other health practitioners as needed.
