    <p>Hi, I am<b> Dr. Eugene Fletcher</b>. My primary focus is to compassionately treat the mental health issues of my patients and to support their families.</p><p>After 20 years in the United States Navy, I trained in General Psychiatry at the University of South Alabama. Then, completed a fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at UT Southwestern and Children's Health, where I was the Chief Pediatric Psychiatry Fellow. I trained at a high level tertiary care center, which allowed me to see common presentations, as well as unique cases that many psychiatrists will never see in their lifetime.</p><p>I founded NEOGEN Telepsychiatry in 2014 with the goal of reaching patients in areas where psychiatrists might not be available and the mental health needs are great.
