I worked my way through school at a pharmacy for several years and then started making pizza. I make an excellent pizza. Then my education got serious, as I was accepted to Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minnesota. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; white-space: pre-wrap;">I have been blessed with a wonderful family including my wife, Pam, and my two beautiful daughters, Kelsey and Alyssa. One of my hobbies is guitar making, but don’t get me started on that… </span><br></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">My vision in practice has evolved over the past 30 years moving from the management of pain towards family wellness and maximized potential. I want my practice members to realize that health and wellness are more than just not being in pain. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">The nervous system controls the function of every cell, organ and tissue of the body, and chiropractors help optimize the function of the nervous system. In fact, even though we exercise regularly and eat right, the single most important thing my family does to stay healthy is to make sure every cell of our bodies has the best chance of functioning at 100% through weekly chiropractic checkups. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">I want my patients to understand that no drug…no doctor…has the power to heal. Medications may make a symptom go away, or replace it with a side effect that seems more tolerable than the original complaint. The only thing that has ever healed you or anyone else is the incredible healing power inside your body…we were born with this “innate intelligence”…our children were born knowing how to heal themselves. </span></p><br><p dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.38;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; vertical-align: baseline; white-space: pre-wrap;">Chiropractic’s role is to locate and remove any interference to your body’s innate healing ability, allowing the body to function as it was designed to do. It just makes sense…and no shots! I believe that a doctor should sit down with a prospective patient and determine whether he or she is a candidate for care. We want to find out more about you…your history…your health goals…to teach you what we do and how we go about it.
