He is a board-certified pain specialist by the American Board of Anesthesiology. As a border medicine preceptor, Dr. Abdelfattah worked with patients in underserved communities to determine the best way to meet their medical needs.<br></p><p>At Chronic Pain Relief, Dr. Abdelfattah treats patients with back, joint, and musculoskeletal pain, while simultaneously helping them cope with lifestyle factors that contribute to their condition. He utilizes balanced pain medication regimens, injections and other interventions, and physical therapy to achieve substantial and long-lasting pain relief.<br></p><p>In his free time, Dr. Abdelfattah spends time with his wife, son, and extended family throughout Texas. Her training includes the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and management of the full spectrum of children’s musculoskeletal systems, from birth through the teenage years. She has a special interest in the management of congenital, developmental, and traumatic conditions affecting children, such as fracture care, infection, clubfoot, hand and limb deformities, cerebral palsy, and other neuromuscular conditions, hip and spine disorders.</p><p>Dr. Wiesman earned her bachelor’s degree from Rice University and her medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch. She graduated with high honors and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She received the American Medical Women’s Association Glasgow-Rubin Achievement Award for outstanding female medical students and the Johanna Blumel Memorial Scholarship Award for a top female scholar. She completed her orthopedic residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth and attended Washington University for her pediatric orthopedic surgery fellowship in St. Louis.
