Blair is the Medical Director of Pulmonary Medicine at the New York Presbyterian Lower Manhattan Hospital and Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College. He completed residency training in internal medicine at New York Presbyterian-Columbia University Medical Center and fellowship training in pulmonary diseases at New York University Langone Medical Center. His primary interest is in caring for patients with known or suspected lung disorders including chronic bronchitis, asthma and sarcoidosis. Dr. Blair is a Fellow of the New York Academy of Medicine and a Fellow of both the American College of Physicians and the American College of Chest Physicians. He has served as President of the American Lung Association of New York and President of the New York State Thoracic Society.
