"The Office constantly bills me wrong Diane is rude as ever she is the billing manager how with such a bad attitude!! She then dropped me from the office because I was not able to log into the virtual site! I would not recommend this office at ALL!! If I had 2 hands I would give this office 4 THUMBS DOWN ! The gatekeeper Diane needs to take a customer class I will be reporting this to the BBB. "

"Would not listen to my medical complaints, the reason I was being seen. Since I was a new patient to her, I attempted to give some background of my disease. She curtly asked me why I was telling her all of that information. It was apparent to me she hadn’t looked at my chart and was simply assuming I was wasting her time. Left with no attempt to treat my issue. "
