"Dr. Zhang replaced my original dentist that retired. He did not explain the procedure, seemed rushed and annoyed to help patients and barely answered questions. I needed a crown and the entire experience was awful - he seemed annoyed when I needed an additional shot to be numbed and didn't numb me before he placed the permanent crown. He rubbed a gauze pad over the area numerous times, resulting in ..."

"This Dentist did not use numbing gel. He is rough. I can tolerate a lot of pain. This guy is ROUGH! He doesn’t treat his staff well at all. He snapped at his assistant several times right in front of me. He over charged me for my treatment because “that’s how they do it”. Getting a refund was ridiculously difficult.
