" am writing this review on behalf of my wife who was recently miss treated horribly at their office by his staff particularly Nichol whose last name was refused to be provided. I was researching to find an email address to provide Dr Tsai feedback so he would hopefully take disciplinary actions against Nichol. Instead I found these very unflattering reviews. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before my Wife visiting this Doctor. My wife had a hiatal hernia surgery about a year ago. Her condition returned. She visited Dr Tsai's office and they were going to do an overnight monitoring of her esophagus. When she showed up at the office they wanted her to sign a piece of paper that she could be responsible for charges. to her dismay she asked if they had run a pre authorization by the insurance and they said no and that she needed to do it. Then she said of let me call my insurance company right away and Nicole was threatening her with cancelling her appointment. My wife as ...
persistent as she is contacted the insurance company and they said yes there was a pre authorization and all was good. My wife attempted to hand the phone to Nicole and she refused so my wife just put the insurance company on the speaker who confirmed coverage. then while she was waiting a big guy shows up and asks my wife if she was having a bad day she asked who he was and he said he was the security. Please....let me say my wife is 4ft 11 and 110 lbs. she was in no way a threat to anyone except her persistence not to be taken advantage of. All the meantime Nicole had disappeared from sight and no one would provide her name. Rosa a very nice nurse apologized from Nadia and said she didn't understand why they were making a big deal about the insurance coverage because she saw it in her file that a pre authorization was already on her file. today we received a letter from Dr Tsai that he was terminating care for her, and thank goodness. After reading the actual work of Dr Tasi, I am not surprised that his staff is the way they are. bad professionals surround themselves with bad workers. I can not believe that his staff harassed my wife and then he fires her as a patient. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES FROM EVER VISITING DR TASI OR HIS OFFICE. I wish there was a less than 1 rating available. He should not be practicing and Nicole whatever her last name is should not be working in a Dr office with her confrontation attitude. Dr Staff are supposed to have compassion and calm and defuse a patient in distress not cause it for them. "
