"If I could give zero stars, I would. I normally see Dr. Ubani, but I agreed to see Dr. Torres. I immediately regretted my decision! He refused to refill my prescription for Adderall claiming that it is why I had a TIA and High BP. He said that I needed a release from the cardiologist, etc. I was livid. I'd been taking Adderrall and my BP was NORMAL. I had an adverse reaction to the COVID booster that sent my BP soaring and left me hospitalized. I wasn't taking Adderall when I had the TIA! Hadn't taken it for over a month. A doctor is suppose to LISTEN and review all my medical information before acting like the other 10 Dr's were wrong! He is rude and unprofessional. Check the reviews! Find a other physician. "

"Dr. Ubani is a Phenomenal Dr & I’ve been a patient w/her for over 15 yrs. However, her associate doctor Torres has No empathy, absolutely No compassion & orders medicines w/out reviewing your chart.I had to take it upon myself to google search complications & take myself off of a medication that he had given me that had horrible side effects. I have never broke down in tears due to a doctor not showing genuine concern about my health, the things that are bothering me. He tells me that they don’t call after tests are done unless something is found but I feel that for an ongoing issue in which I have, it would be a courtesy if this pat is having unresolved probs & he replies “well I’ve been here for 6 yrs & that’s not a policy.” I know medical school cant be all med & science; showing concern is a part. I would rather lay dead on a street b4 I allow him to bring me to tears again. The 1st time I met him,didn’t care 4 him but gave another chance.When someone shows who they are, believe’em"

"I had a 4pm appointment on 12.23.19 and didn't leave the doctor office until after 6pm. The person that checked my blood pressure had another patient chart up while dealing with me. Dr. Torres rushed through the process and i didn't get a full PHYICAL as i requested, only the Well Woman procrdure was performed. Dr. Torres never mentioned to me that I was going to be prescribed medication for my ankle, that he ordered two X-Rays for methat I was going to be prescribed medication for my ankle, that he ordered to x-rays for me nor did he provide any nor did he provide any direction.. service was extremely poor service was extremely poor the medical the medical assistant was not helpful at all she never communicated any direction. I had to take off of my job on January 6th was not helpful at all she never communicated any direction.
