"Dr Ferges is a great doctor, but trying to get a refill from his staff has been a nightmare this year. It's always "we'll call today", but when you check the pharmacy the next day guess what they never called. This is the third time this is happened. I've been trying to get a refill for 2 weeks already. If this continues, it may be time to find a new doctor with better staff. "
