"After waiting 2 months for an appt. their, power tripping, office staff canceled our appt 3 days before appt due to demanding new patient paperwork 10 days ahead of schedule for convenience. RUDE! Now our son has to stay in pain for months longer while we find another new podiatrist. "

"Our primary care sent over a referral for our son to be seen in your office on April 6th. We received paperwork 5/19/21 for a June 1st appointment. It was dated May 10th and I am not sure why it took so long to get to us however it was returned in the mail to your office on Wednesday, 5/26/01. We received a call Friday, 5/28/01 his appointment was canceled due to not receiving the paperwork in time. ..."

"A referral was sent over via primary care on April 6th. We received a packet in the mail middle of May for a June 1st appointment. Sent the paperwork back May 26th. They canceled the appointment due to not receiving the paperwork on time in the mail. Your appointment scheduler is on a power trip. I know how easy and fast it is not enter a new patient into any system so receiving paperwork day of ..."
