Dr. Wayne Murdock DDS
Dr. Murdock grew up in Teton Valley and moved to Idaho Falls when he was 13 years old. He attended Ricks College and Brigham Young University for his undergraduate studies. At  BYU he founded the first National Pre-Dental Society Association with deans from several dental schools attending. He graduated with honors from Loyola School of Dentistry in Chicago,Ill.with a DDS degree. Following dental school he served three years in the Army Dental Corp where he received certificates of advanced training in Oral Surgery, Fixed Prostodontics (crowns and bridges), and Removable Prostodontics ( full and partial dentures). He also received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service.
Following his army career he become a member of the American Dental Association, Idaho State Dental Association, and the Upper Snake River Dental Society, where he served as Secretary, Vice-President and President. He is also a Century Member of the Boy Scouts Of …America.
Keeping up with current technology and treatment modalities has always been important to Dr. Murdock. He has received advanced training in Implant Placement, Periodontal Surgery, Straight Wire Orthodontics, and D.O.C.S. Sedation Dentistry. He is certified in Lumineers and Cerec( one visit ) crowns.
Dr. Murdock married his highschool sweetheart Ranae Brown and they have four children and ten grandchildren. He spends his spare time helping the kids and spoiling the grandchildren along with hunting, fishing, woodworking and gun collecting.
