"My experience was nothing but a major disappointment. My primary physician recommended this doctor after visiting many dermatologists in Chicago. Upon visit, they recommended running a patch skin test and concluded that I was allergic to certain chemicals present in body lotion, shampoos, hand soaps etc. I spend $100s switching to new products he recommended and they charged my insurance $2600 for a few patches on my back. Though my insurance covered $2300, I still have to pay $300 extra for a simple patch test. His practice never disclosed that the costs of the test is $2600. Regardless, my condition has gotten worse and none of his recommendations to change products fact my hands are in worse condition than it was when I visited his practice. I contacted his office via my chart and no response to any of my concerns. A big disappointment is northwestern. They are not a hospital. They are running as a profitable business convincing patients with unnecessary / expensive tests ...
that are not even effective. The hospital did not even return my inquiry about his billing details. "

"Stay away from this doctor. When I make any appointment, I always ask upfront what the costs will be since I don't want any surprises. I was told when I scheduled the appointment there is no cost to me and it would all be covered by insurance. And, I received a bill in the mail. I let them know they should not be billing me as I confirmed there was no out of pocket cost beforehand. They should honor that. They did not care. This doctor is all about the money. Scandalous business practices."

"I’ve had 6 appointments with Dr. Liszewski, and am consistently impressed by his knowledge (in my last appointment, he mentioned recent research concerning the medical condition I’m being treated for), his warm bedside manner, his promptness both in appointments and in responding to my MyChart messages, and the effectiveness of the treatments he’s prescribed. Occasionally, he’s seemed a bit rushed, but it’s rare, and, I suspect, because Northwestern seriously overlooks it’s doctors. I’ve recommended him to others who have also had good experiences with him. I highly recommend him."

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
