OVERVIEW
As a family medicine physician, Dr. Nguyen cares for children, adults, and seniors. He earned his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he was also honored with the UCI/National Institutes of Health Research Fellowship Scholarship. While completing his family medicine residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, Dr. Nguyen served as the Chief Resident of Educational Affairs. He is active in the community and volunteers his time and medical expertise with several non-profit organizations. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the Academy of Family Physicians, the California Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. In his practice he has a special interest in adolescent medicine. He is fluent in English and Vietnamese, and also speaks medical Spanish.
