"Did not fully listen or help in my mental health crisis. Just pushed more pills, no other recommendations. Had to go to another health care system and was hospitalized for 4 weeks seeing a real psychiatrist. Will never use NP again. "

"Been with him for a couple years. Never had any connection with him, because he’s never any genuine interest in me or what’s going on in my life. Appointments generally never went more than a few minutes. He always rides his stationary bike or nods off during the call. Weird dude, weird vibes. Just get my prescriptions and go. Facility doesn’t have any qualified doctors (I guess they only have two right now that specialize in kids or autism) so I’m still stuck with this guy. "

"Aside from regularly ending sessions early (timed to 7 minutes or less, genuinely) Vincent Donlon stayed on his exercise bike and worked out rather than listening to me during sessions. He recommended the same medication my file shows I don't respond well to, then each month clearly didn't look at my file. There's no details whatsoever: My patient files show almost a year straight of copy/pasting the same pre-written summary with no detail, no information, and regular issues. He sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy something like 4 of the last 6 months, took days to reply to get help, and when i requested to be moved to another psychiatrist or care provider, I was told that this required Vince's permissions first...which I didn't receive the first time I asked. Only after this happened again, he refused to help me prepare for overseas travel, and told me to just cancel my trip rather than get my medication overseas, only then did I finally get removed from his so-called "care". He seems a lovely person interpersonally, and might very well be a nice guy, but that doesn't make up for his apparent lack of interest or care in his patience, his lack of effort, and his continued refusal to even update a patient's chart...not that he'd have anything to update it with, given he cut our meetings so short I don't think he learned anything about me whatsoever. It's extremely disappointing, and I do not recommend him for at least ADHD and depression counseling. In those areas, I recommend you seek help elsewhere, especially if you want someone who will actually show interest and care for your needs. "

"I found him friendly and personable most of the time, but inconsistent. He rarely stayed in an appointment for even 10 minutes much less 15 to 20 of the 30 minute sessions, he sent my medications to the wrong location, he didn't even stop riding his exercise bike during our session. He canceled because I didn't get the link to join his session within 2 minutes, then regularly showed up 5 to 10 minutes late only to barely stay on a video call for 5 minutes. Perhaps he's different in person, but I found him brusque, unhelpful, uninterested in speaking about my issues, and nearly always suggesting a new medicine but not bothering to even check if I'm comfortable. I found him nice enough as a guy but felt he was not giving me much time, effort, attention, or even basic consideration as a patient. "

"This nurse practitioner has improved, he has helped me with a resource, which I am thankful for. He finally cracked a smile, it was so refreshing to see that. The first time in awhile he was listening to me and I didn’t feel rushed, which was a nice. He didn’t push medications on me this time. Hopefully it continues! "

"Rushes you through an appointment, doesn’t give any suggestions, help, or resources. All he does is push medications and raise doses. He doesn’t care or listen to you genuinely. All he said was I will raise your medication every single time you talk to him, like that will solve everything and says I am very busy sorry I can’t talk long every time you talk talk him. I am lucky to talk to him 5 minutes at the most. "
