"Went to see the doctor for ear and sinus infection. Was told by the doctor that I would receive prescriptions for antibiotic drop for the ear, decongestant for sinus infection and naproxen for pain.. I receive the antibiotic drops for the ear infection, no medication for decongestion, but medication for depression which was not discussed. I did not know depression comes with an ear infection."

"Dr. Gallien has been very responsive, patient, and attentive during some chronic upper respiratory issues I had in the past. She worked super hard to connect me with an urgent care clinic that had x-ray capabilities so we could rule out pneumonia. The intake as a new patient was thorough and I highly recommend her as a great PCP!"

"Discussed personal issues but NONE of my health issues. I STILL have the same issues and now need to find a new provider. Proof that ANYONE can be a physician, as long as they dont quit trying at it, and that is NOT a good thing."

"Doctor was trying to push medicine and convinced me she used them herself. This doctor is all about money, she doesn't care about you or your well being. It's a game to her and just a paycheck. I think Vanessa should change her occupation and become a janitor... She has no business treating patients, also she has such a creepy vibe!"
