"Dr. Riley is extremely caring towards her patients. She has so much sympathy for what issues they are dealing with at the time. I have never had a Dr that was so compassionate and actually listens to my issues. She takes the time to understand and comprehend what her patients are dealing with in their life. Most people will never be lucky enough to find any doctor like her in their lifetime. Nicole is the office manager and nurse and she is beyond helpful and caring when it comes to the patients and making sure they are comfortable. She has an amazing bed side manner and is so professional. I couldn't be happier with the care that she has given me over the last 3 years. "

"Please be aware of this office. My GP's office provided a list of doctors who are able to offer a service to obtain a medical marijuana card. I, therefore, called Dr. Valerie Riley's office in January 2021 to make an appointment. Even though she wasn't available until March 3rd, I made the appointment and was told I would receive a Welcome Packet for completion. Shortly thereafter, I learned of another doctor who could help me within the week, so I called in January 2021 to cancel my March 3, 2021 appointment with Dr. Riley and was told there was no problem with canceling. However, apparently, Dr. Riley's receptionist whom I spoke with (please note I did not have to leave a voice message) did not remove the appointment from their calendar, because I received a NO SHOW bill for $75.00 on March 17, 2021. When I called to discuss their mistake, I had to leave a voicemail/message at this time, and a Nicole returned my call accusing me of not calling in January because they did not have a voicemail ...indicating that I called and she did not remember talking to me. I told her this was two months ago when I spoke to someone in the office to cancel. I would never lie and know for a fact that I called and definitely spoke directly with someone, possibly Nicole, to cancel. Nicole said the $75.00 bill would stand and that I definitely owed it. She refused to listen to me, speaking over top of me and hung up on me saying I was yelling at her. I admit that I was trying to claim my innocence and get her to listen, but I was NOT yelling! I was speaking in the same tone she was, but I didn't hang up on her. I never did receive the Welcome Packet and never did receive a reminder phonecall of the upcoming appointment ...if it was still actually on their calendar. I, of course, assumed the appointment was definitely canceled. Dr. Riley may be a great doctor...I wouldn't know, however, her office customer service ethics are deplorable and dishonest!! I don't usually leave reviews good or bad, but this is so very upsetting and stressful to me. "Read more
