"Dr. Usama Feroze is the best. He has helped me so much over the past year and truly cares about his patients. He has extensive knowledge on mental health and provides many paths of treatments depending on what the patient needs. He always responds very quickly, if I have a question I need answered or script refilled. I would recommend him to anyone!"

"Dr. Feroze is the best doctor I’ve had over the years. He doesn’t just hear me, he listens to me. He validates my feelings and if I feel hopeless he reassures me that everything will be okay. He takes the time to understand the full picture so he can figure out a plan to get me on the path to healing (which he has- thank you!!) I’ve recommended him to friends and family. "When I first started seeing Dr. Feroze, I had such trouble sleeping that I was always exhausted. I was already on a med that wasn't doing enough, so we tried non-medication options and different meds. Throughout the process, Dr. Feroze listened to my experiences and what I wanted, and we formed the treatment plan together. I would recommend Dr. Feroze to everyone - he is a provider who will spend the time to holistically treat his patients. I have been seeing Dr. Feroze for about a year now, and I am sleeping well and my anxiety/depression/ADHD is well controlled. I truly believe that Dr. Feroze's approach has supported this turn-around."

"I have been seeing Dr. Feroze for almost a year. I have had nothing but a great experience with him. Dr. Feroze has a great sense of humor while remaining very professional. He is very knowledgeable and always delivers me the truth of any given situation I present him. The care I have received has been wonderful, the office even worked to make sure I could continue to receive care remotely after moving across the country as luckily Dr. Feroze is licensed in my new home state. "Dr. Feroze is fabulous! He has helped me tremendously in my journey. Anyone who takes medication knows what a battle finding the right medication and dosage is. Throughout the entire process he was extremely patient and understanding. He really listened to my concerns and how I was feeling and worked WITH me to find a solution. I feel comfortable bringing any concerns to light in discussions with him. He is also interested in his patients as people. He asks about my medication, sure, but also how I’m doing, my plans, and my life. Now that we have found the right medication, he still takes the time to make sure I am still doing well with it, and asks me if I have any questions, if anything new is happening, or if I have any other concerns."

"After seeing many psychiatrists over the years, I came across Dr. Feroze. I have now been seeing him for several months. Out of all of the mental health professionals that I have seen, I feel that he has been the most effective with both helping me see/work through patterns in my behavior and get me on a good regimen for my medications. As one other person had said about the negative comment— medications are a bit trial and error. No one medication works for everyone, and each medication has their side effects. Dr. Feroze is knowledgeable and seems to truly care about his patients’ success, and I would highly recommend him for your psychiatric needs."

"I have been seeing Dr. Usama Feroze for several months and he's been patient, transparent, and accommodating — especially through the frustrating medication shortages that I suspect were impacting several of his patients all at once (ie. Everyone was annoying.) It's been a long road to figuring out how my brain works, but our regular check-in's have helped me find patterns and recognize what "working" might even look like for me. I was very nervous to see a psychiatrist when my PCP initially sent me over, but the SPS team have all been encouraging and warm. Also, not to invalidate anyone's personal experience, but part of the medication journey is unfortunately having to try out some that don't jive with your system for a myriad of reasons until you find the right one. (Not *only* drug interaction.) Being communicative with your doctor/pharmacist is part of the process."

Dr. Feroze has been very responsible, and started with very low dosis and we started building on it. I feel very comfortable with him. "
