"Our visit was very rushed. She spent a lot of time talking and not a lot of time listening. When we had questions she was unavailable to answer them. Worst provider we’ve ever seen at ARC"

"I wanted to get some travel vaccinations done and I first called Dr. Parthasarathy, my PCP. One of the nurses at her office said that I need to make an appointment at the Far West location instead because they are the ones that carry those vaccines. I called them and they told me they were going to get a vaccination schedule from my PCP's nurse so that they knew which ones to give me. They said I would hear from the nurse. The nurse called me to say that they don't provide those vaccinations, and even though I said that I just needed to know which ones to take and when, they kept repeating the same information. I thought I could make an appointment to get help and try a making a schedule and perhaps a prescription to get them elsewhere of my choice, but instead they called me this morning to tell me that they had already told me multiple times that they don't provide those vaccines. The person on the phone seemed very irritated and kept interrupting me. I almost started crying because ...
I'm just trying to figure out what I need to take in the first place. I have no idea what vaccines or in what order to take them, and I assumed my PCP would be there to answer those questions. I can acknowledge my lack of knowledge in the situation, but I was hoping someone could inform me. I have now been on hold hold 20 minutes trying to get this all sorted out. This is the most unsupported and uncomfortable I have ever felt with a doctor and doctor's office. "

Data Transparency and Trust: Understanding WebMD Doctor Listings and Reviews

We know that finding the right doctor or provider is important to your health. That’s why we want to ensure you have confidence in the provider profiles and listings you see on WebMD Care. Our provider data is sourced from the physicians themselves as well as publicly available databases. Any doctor or provider who claims their profile by verifying themselves can update their information and provide additional data on their specialties, education, accepted insurances, conditions they treat, and procedures they perform.

All the physician and provider reviews on WebMD Care are provided by users just like you. Knowing these reviews provide insight into how other patients feel about a doctor, we maintain internal policies and protocols to ensure the quality and accuracy of all reviews. Providers are not able to remove or modify reviews on their own. Reviews can only be removed after an internal review by our customer service team.

We value your input and encourage you to reach out to our support team if you encounter any issues.
