"Dr. Do has been a wonderful and caring primary physician. She is very attentive and her input has been immensely helpful with my continuing care and specific health needs. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a first rate physician. "

"Dr. Li is very friendly, but I cannot recommend her if you want anything more out of a PCP other than your standard once a year checkup. If your health is perfect or perhaps you just get the occasional seasonal virus, she might be fine for you, but if you have anything even slightly more complicated and need help figuring out what is wrong (e.g., allergies, autoimmune issues, etc.), she is not helpful. She will not go out of her way to help you figure out what is going on or get you to the proper specialists. I was left to figure that out myself. She also used one of my appointments to ask me questions not related to my health (relevant to her, not me). This would probably be okay if she went above and beyond to serve her patients otherwise, but it generally contributed to the sense that I got that she wasn't super invested in my health. The only good thing is that she didn't rush the appointment."

"Dr. Li is amazing. She has very good bedside manner. Listens well to my concern and addresses them with good follow ups. Office is easy to get in touch and her staff gets back quickly to my message. Some appointments are on video and telephone and is super convenient for a working mom like me. I have never met any doctor who is as passionate and caring as Dr Li. Highly recommend her!"

"Dr Li was my primary care for a few months only because she never answered my emails or calls. I emailed her asking for important referral and I got nothing back, I asked for appointments and her office never got back to me, and when I checked my blood work I was deficient in a few things that were making me ill but she never even addressed them or said anything about them. I have never experienced such lack of care by a PCP. This is a shame because she does have good bedside manner, I just wished she showed care all the time and now just for 15 minutes because she's face to face."
