"Dr Nguyen saved my life. I saw her every 6 months because of skin issues. In February 2020 she took a biopsy of a new, quickly growing lesion on my scalp and called me in to see her as soon as she got the biopsy results - Melanoma. She had already contacted Hopkins Melanoma specialists and had an appointment for me with the head and neck surgeon and the melanoma oncologist. She has followed up with great care medically and personally. If you need a clinically excellent dermatologist, I recommend Dr Nguyen. "

"Visit was OK for my son, but the billing Department is not cooperative at all. I needed a specific CPT code for an office visit to be added to the existing bill and they would not do it, so I can't get reimbursed from an insurance rider I have."

"I have been a patient of Dr. Thuy Nguyen for over 20 years along with my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews. I am absolutely furious of Dr. Nguyen’s bedside manner, I explained at the end of my appointment I would prefer to see her from here on out due to after my stitches being taken out from having a mole removed, my incision spilt wide open! I called and left a VM and nobody returned my call, I ended up at Urgent Care. I was so taken back by her response she said I refuse to see you, I have flagged your chart you can see Alina from here on out. I had canceled two appointments and it pissed her off and it’s not good for her mental health. I canceled one appointment and went for a COVID - 19 test and the other appointment I canceled due to work and her response was don’t call and make an appointment then, if your not in the hospital you have no excuse! Needless to say, I will be looking for a new Dermatologist, I refuse to be treated so disrespectfully from a Doctor. "
