"His bedside manner was not great. Dont know if he was having a bad day or what. He started out pleasant but clearly did not want to pull the rhino rocket from my nose. He told two assistants that came in room that he had to pull it out. It was degrading. On my emergency release papers it said not to drink hot coffee. As he was leaving I asked if I could drink coffee now. He looked at me like I was crazy and asked why couldn't I. He then rolled his eyes and walked out. . He did the procedure well but I came out of there feeling degraded."

"Acted like he didn’t have time for me as a patient. Didn’t listen to what I was telling him about my condition. Would not flush out my ears as I requested. The registration staff was horrible. Said I didn’t need to fill out new patient paperwork, didn’t communicate why I waited over an hour to see the doctor, then brought me the paperwork to complete 5 minutes before I saw the physician. Abysmal experience all the way around."
